I would like to take this opportunity to express the difference R&R Therapy has made in my life. For the past two months of physical therapy from my first visit to the last, there is an overwhelming change in the way I physically feel. Before I started the physical therapy, my body was so sore I could not walk without holding on to something or with the help of someone near me. I felt as if I was off balance. I was very tense, i.e. if a door slammed shut, loud noises, jumping in my sleep, very nervous. I was afraid to sit and ride in a car with others because of the nervousness and jittery feelings. I did not have any confidence in myself. I was involved in a car accident, where a car hit me on the passage side and resulted in the total loss my car, but thank God I am alive. The other car fail to yield at the traffic light. I am unable to put into words, what Rene\'s relaxation therapy sessions and all of the services provided by the staff has done for me, my body and spirit. I did not want to end my contact with R&R physical therapy without letting you all know how much you are appreciated. I feel much better now. I have learned how to relax, slow down and not get in a hurry. I am satisfied with the services I have received. I will continute my exercises at home. Thank you for all you have done. May you continue to do great works for others in need.
