Five weeks ago I cam to R&R for Rehab after having Surgery to my lower back to reduce the pain in my left leg. R&R is the 4th rehab place I have gone to in the past 18 months. In addition to rehab and surgery in the last 18 months I have had 2 epidurals, 5 MRI\'s, 25 visits with a chiropractor, 40 massage visits, and seen 9 surgeons for surgical options. I can honestly say that the only significant relief I have received was at R&R Physical Therapy. Total Motion Release, which is a PT philosophy R&R practices, has been a tremendous help. From the first day I cam to R&R until now, I have been 100% free of pain killers. I plan on continuing the TMR movements I have learned at R&R every day from now on.
