I came to R&R to tell you the truth, I wasnt expecting too much because of the pain I have been dealing with since the treatment I was afraid to let go of my arms because they were so stuff and the lymphodema I have in my right arm. The swelling was much more noticable then it is now, I can move my left arm to a tremendous height now. I have tools to work with at home to keep improving the right side. I believe I am going to keep recovering because the staff at R&R taught me that I can beat pain. Thanks everyone for your kindness,patience, and your help!
